We’ve been shortlisted for the Institute of Customer Service – Customer Focus Award at the UK Customer Satisfaction Awards 2015. Celtic Quest Coasteering was established in 2009 with the dream of introducing Coasteering to the nervous masses. Allowing every day people, who aren’t necessarily extreme enthusiasts to access the coast, taking part in an adrenaline activity at their own level and speed.
Coasteering involves exploring a stretch of coastline in the zone where sea meets land. Imagine kayaking without a boat, surfing without a board, bungee jumping without a bungee! Scramble climbing, exploring sea caves, rock hopping, adventure swimming, cliff jumping and more.
“Customer focus is at the heart of our organisation. Our Coasteering Guides must create instant rapport with clients. Gaining their trust is imperative, they are after all, literally putting their lives in our hands. “If she told you to jump off a cliff, would you?”
Happy and occasionally scared customers are our bread and butter. We love what we do and have an infectious enthusiasm for it. The team and I are stoked to be finalists along side so many big names for such a prestigious award.” Cleopatra Browne, MD Celtic Quest Coasteering.
The UK Customer Satisfaction Awards is the only customer service awards run by the professional body for customer service. The awards recognise organisations and individuals that have implemented successful customer service strategies. Organisations from across the UK will be judged by industry experts, business leaders and academics. Winners will be announced at the UK Customer Satisfaction Awards gala ceremony at the Hilton Park Lane, London in March 2015.
