Terms & Conditions

We are restricting our activities to one "social bubble" per session. These exclusive sessions will consist of one Coasteering Guide and one family/social bubble per exclusive half day adventure.

  1. Cleaning - All kit and equipment is routinely cleaned/disinfected between sessions and hand sanitiser will be available to all of our clients.
  2. Social Distancing - Clients will stay at a safe 2 metre distance from Guides and other members of the public during all points of the activity. We also ensure that all staff members will be wearing all necessary PPE where possible.
  3. Staff PPE - where applicable, staff will be wearing masks, and sometimes gloves. And whilst it’s not compulsory, we encourage you to do the same. We will limit the amount of close interaction staff will have with you, but please be aware this won’t always be completely possible, for example during kit-up or rescues in the water. Rest assured, our staff have undergone specific training and will be operating under strict distancing throughout your experience.
  4. Wellness Checks - Employees receive daily wellness checks to ensure they are healthy and symptom-free. If you or anyone in your group is experiencing symptoms, we will work directly with you to cancel or reschedule your adventure.

  6. Risk Responsibility - All reasonable measures will be in place to reduce the risk of CV19 transmission. It is your decision whether to participate and you take full responsibility for this decision regarding the risk of COVID19 infection and transmission.
  7. Online waiver signing - We're introducing a new digital waiver and medical declaration form (this is an industry standard form you sign before going on any outdoor activity), this can be signed online before you visit us. Not only will this help to protect you and our staff, but will also limit the amount of time spent on admin before the activity.
