Exploring the Pembrokeshire coast at sea level, every Coasteering adventure is different depending on tide and sea conditions. That said, all our Coasteering experiences finish jumping in Abereiddy Blue Lagoon.

What is coasteering?

Jumping

Cliff jumping, start low and work your way up. From belly flopping and flipping to high dives and pencil jumps. All optional, challenge your limits!

Climbing

Scramble climbing and sea level traversing. Working our way along the Pembrokeshire coastline, when the rocks run out...jump in!

Swimming

More directional floating than swimming as all the kit floats, doggy paddle works well! Whether it’s a boiling turmoil of rocks and water or a calm glassy sea.

Water Features

Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer, Toilet Flush…feel the raw power of the ocean in Pembrokeshire whitewater… Go With The Flow!

Cleo was absolutely brilliant and we had such a great coasteering experience. We would definitely book again! Cleo was friendly, encouraging and fun. I went with my husband, brother in law and 11 year old daughter. We were with another family and Cleo was great at making sure their 8 year old could join in with the jumps she was comfortable with, she really helped her gain her confidence. I will book my 9 year old in too next time (yep, there's going to be a next time)! Abereiddy beach was a lovely setting too and the kit kept us warm whilst we went round the rocks and in the water.
