Coasteering
After lots of demand we have dropped our minimum age to 5 years.... WATERSPROUTS! Tailored adventures for younger children age 5-8 years. Parents and older siblings are welcome to join them, jumping into some of the bigger elements, but we are happy to take pocket-rockets along for the adventure.

Focusing on water fun and confidence, we’ll head out onto the Pembrokeshire coast. Adventures include some jumping, plenty of splashing, directional floating (swimming doggy paddle style is the most efficient out there!) and scrambling about on the rocks exploring rockpools.

WATERSPROUTS can expect to spend up to 2 hours in the water. All tailored to the abilities of the group, lots of water play and fun. Not forgetting a dip (probably even a jump) in The Blue Lagoon!

Please contact us if you have children under 8years old to discuss your WATERSPROUTS coasteering adventure. If they are pretty adventurous and happy in water then let's get them out there!

Fantastic experience Our second time Coasteering with Celtic Quest Coasteering. Cleo and Miche are amazing at what they do. All safety equipment provided. You just need an old pair of trainers and some swim shorts. Top Tip - wear a brightly coloured pair so you recognise yourself in the fantastic action photos and videos taken during the experience. Cleo and Miche are great fun. Slowly building you up to do the bigger jumps into the Blue Lagoon. There is no pressure if you don't want to do all the jumps but it is such a sense of achievement if you do. You might even have the company of a local seal. Thank you both, we will definitely be back again soon! 
Awesome family coasteering. The two ladies that run this experience are awesome! There is energy and attention to detail. I went with my husband and two sons, aged 9 and 11, and we all loved it. We would highly recommend going with this company as the group is small and the hosts make sure that everyone is catered for during the session. Having some photos of our adventures were an added bonus, it was an extra cost but the photos were totally worth it. Could not recommend this tour company enough. 
Birthday Present On Saturday I had the joy of coast steering, something I’ve always wanted to do with my daughter and her husband, we were guided by Cleo who was superb.Cleo was calm and professional giving clear instructions of what she had planned before we did anything, assessing us along the way for the big jumps.We did a selection of pencil, bomb, star jumps and many more all to assess our competence.We slowly built our confidence and competence enjoying every moment leading us to the Blue Lagoon wall jumps.We all jumped off the main wall loving every moment.We all plan to returnThank you for a wonderful day 
Simply Fantastic! We booked this for my father-in-law's birthday and knew that October would be quiet because the weather is a bit colder. The water temperature is fine though, so don't worry about being cold! We had Cleo, leading us on our trip who was brilliant. She was very experienced, fun, calm and clear. Easy instructions to follow and we always felt safe. Cleo talked us through every step and made sure we were competent and confident before moving onto the bigger jumps.The wetsuits we were given were great, C-Skins brand and very warm for the time of year. Great fit and Cleo had loads of different sizes so enough to fit everyone. We had wetsuit socks and a cap as well to make sure we weren't getting cold this late into the season. The actual coasteering was great! We did so many jumps, all different types - bombs, frog splash, dives, poses, running down cliffs and of course the big jumps at the end in the Blue Lagoon. We all felt so comfortable doing these jumps because Cleo had helped us every step of the way. There was some fun scrambling around rock faces but nothing really challenging for anyone worrying about this. We also had the pleasure of swimming with loads of seals who were snoozing around in the lagoon, as well as seeing dolphins a little further out in the bay. This is a great experience for all ages! It is extremely well organised, safe and brilliant fun. We will definitely be back again and booking with this group. If you want a coasteering experience, you won't find better than this!
