Woke up at reasonable o’clock to bright blue skies and sunshine! First mission, find a decent coffee. Luckily there’s a tasty cafe just along the seafront. We looked like proper tourists, sporting our flip flops shorts and tshirts. Locals all thrust up in their fleeces and coats.

We’ve been within spitting distance of the sea for two days so it’s rude not to get wet. A fresh breeze has kicked up the sea so the vis was pretty poor. Summer suit on and in for a dip. Not as cold as I expected but glad I squeezed the wetsuit in my case.
Lunch was a super tasty Colombian soup made up of chorizo rice beans and spuds.
My folks took a quick nap, while I chilled on the suntrap balcony. Afternoon wind had picked up enough to attract the kitesurfers, a bit if experimenting with the binoculars at my phone, tadaaaa zoom…

Evening entertainment was a mini fiesta at Lucia’s place. Mucho beer, laughter and nibbles. Another cracking day 🙂
