Exploring the Pembrokeshire coast at sea level, every Coasteering adventure is different depending on tide and sea conditions. That said, all our Coasteering experiences finish jumping in Abereiddy Blue Lagoon.

What is coasteering?

Jumping

Cliff jumping, start low and work your way up. From belly flopping and flipping to high dives and pencil jumps. All optional, challenge your limits!

Climbing

Scramble climbing and sea level traversing. Working our way along the Pembrokeshire coastline, when the rocks run out...jump in!

Swimming

More directional floating than swimming as all the kit floats, doggy paddle works well! Whether it’s a boiling turmoil of rocks and water or a calm glassy sea.

Water Features

Absolutely brilliant afternoon with Cleo and Jerry. We returned with our kids (5&9 years) to enjoy some more coasteering. A great family experience and a different route this time. Smiles all round. I cannot recommend Celtic Quest Coasteering enough, after searching online I booked this company off of the numerous brilliant reviews online. They completely exceeded expectations.It was a very wet and windy day, but Cleo, Jerry and Miche made us feel so safe and confident. A personal shoutout to Miche, who made sure she was close by to help me up the rocks when needed (as someone not at the peak of their fitness or confidence, I really appreciated this)All the guides have a great sense of humour and make it such a safe and positive experience.
