From the moment I spoke to Cleo on the phone I knew we were in for some fun.We arrived at the beach and found Cleo, Jordan and Jeremy straight away-they are very friendly and approachable which was a good thing as they put us at ease straight away. We were fitted out in our wetsuits and headed off to the cliffs. I was a bit concerned it was going to be a bit chilly in the water (it was the end of April!), but needn't have worried as I didn't notice the cold at all. Our 8 year old daughter headed up the group off of every jump, she's a competent swimmer but Cleo and Jordan always made sure she was 'under control' and safe. Our other daughter (12) was a bit nervous to start with but by the end of it was more than happy to jump into the blue lagoon-twice. My husband (not a natural athlete) also overcame some fears and thoroughly enjoyed himself. During the 2 1/2hrs we were out in the sea, Cleo and Jordan took photos and videos of the group which we were able to buy later and have made for much discussion and jokes back at home. The beach itself is easy to find, in a nice little cove and there was a van selling ice creams and hot chocolate with ice cream floaters - perfect end to perfect afternoon. I highly recommend coasteering and would definitely go with Celtic Quest again - thanks peeps.

Deciding that cadets from LNR ACF would go Coasteering was one of my better decisions! For all of the Cadets, Adult Instructors and Officers who took part this was a highlight of our time in Pembrokeshire. Cleo , Jordan and the team of instructors were superb, highly professional and ensured that all of us overcame our fears and rose to the challenge. I have every expectation that we will be back!

Firstly thank you for such an amazing day with you guys. It really was one of the best things I have ever done with the Army Cadet Force. It was fantastic to see the cadets interacting so well. I sore the highest ranking cadets helping and laughing with the lowest and it was an amazing sight. Both teams I went through with really enjoyed themselves and didn't stop talking about their adventures. I must admit that I have always been on of the people who think that people who jump of cliffs must be mad however since taking part in your activity I have been completely converted. Fear, excitement, adventure and teamwork were just some of the things I experienced that day and I thank you greatly. I hope this will not be the first and final encounter.

‘Coasteering lets you explore areas you thought previously inaccessible – not just the physical presence of the rocks, the cliffs and the sea, but your own mind and your own body. You use the coast to push you to your limits, while at the same time gaining greater understanding of what’s around you. Its not about seeking danger, but about looking for a way of using what’s already there, and enjoying it in a safe and exhilarating way.
There will always be people who won’t like it, won’t understand it…but if you want to see what you are capable of, and want to see the world in a different way – that’s when you should be giving coasteering a go.‘

Fantastic time - loved it. Was exhilarating and surreal and exciting and at times I thought what am I doing ( especially when sitting in the sea drinking hot chocolate and learning about shells and other stuff ) -but so glad I did it and would love to do more. Cleo and Jordan are great instructors with a wonderful relaxed approach suitable to all ages and personalities. Their sense of humour is obvious throughout and their enthusiasm is infectious. Thank you both for a great day - would recommend to all.

Spanning 3 weeks, 2RW had a daily evening Coasteer sometimes lasting until last light. With a different group of 6-12 participants each day, it was the perfect remedy after a hard days ‘soldiering’!

“We used Celtic Quest Coasteering to conduct a coasteering package that ran along side our Military training. Cleo was extremely helpful throughout the planning and conduct of the challenging pursuits exercise. They provided top quality instructors at very competitive rates, able to have a good laugh but stick to all safety guidelines I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks very much for all your help and we will be using you again next summer!!” Doug Douglas- Captain2IC 2RW
